Election Years

The Regina Public Schools' Board of Trustees is elected through a public vote every four years. The last general election was held Wednesday, November 13, 2024.

Election Process

Board members are elected based on seven subdivisions, which differ from the wards used for electing city councillors. Each voter can cast a ballot for one candidate from the list of those running in their respective subdivision. The Board of Education will be composed of the winning candidates from each subdivision. Election Administration
